The ineligible area of Saratoga County that includes South Glens Falls includes all that area beginning at the most western point of Potter Road at the Hudson River. Following the Hudson River in a winding easterly direction to the intersection of State Route 197; thence southwest on State Route 197 to County Route 28. North on County Route 28 to intersection of Reservoir Road. West on Reservoir Road to State Route 9, thence south on State Route 9 to Butler Road. Northwest along Butler Road to Potter Road , following Potter Road in a westerly direction to point of beginning.

Saratoga County (Clifton Park, Halfmoon and Waterford Areas), New York

The ineligible area of Saratoga County that includes Clifton Park, Halfmoon and Waterford includes all that area beginning at the southwest corner of the Town of Clifton Park meeting the Mohawk River. Follow the Mohawk River in an easterly direction to the Hudson River. North along the Hudson River to the southern boundary of the City of Mechanicville. Follow western boundary of the City of Mechanicville to the Northeast corner of the Town of Halfmoon. Northwest along Town of Halfmoon town line to the northeast corner of the Town of Clifton Park. West along the Town of Clifton Park northern border to Interstate87, thence north on Interstate 87 to County Route 80 in Town of Malta. West on County Route 80 to intersection of County Route 82, thence south on County Route 82 to the northern line of the Town of Clifton Park. West/southwest along Town of Clifton Park town line, proceeding south along Town of Clifton Park town line to point of beginning.

Saratoga County (Saratoga Springs Area), New York

The ineligible area of Saratoga County that includes the City of Saratoga Springs begins at a point where The Town of Milton eastern line intersects with the Southwest corner of the Kayaderosseras Creek. Follow the Kayaderosseras Creek in an easterly direction to Interstate 87. North along Interstate 87 to the crossing point of the Delaware & Hudson Railroad, thence west along said Railroad track to southern boundary of the Town of Greenfield. West along Town of Greenfield southern boundary until it meets the eastern boundary of the Town of Milton. South along Town of Milton eastern line to the Kayaderosseras Creek, point of beginning.
