The ineligible area of Rensselaer County includes all that area beginning at the southwest corner of the Town of East Greenbush. Northeast along the Hudson River to Riley Road in the Town of Schaghticoke. Northeast on Riley Road to State Route 40; thence south on Route 40 to the intersection of County Route 117. Northeast on County Route 117 to Town of Schaghticoke town line. Follow Town of Schaghticoke eastern line south to the northern boundary of the Town of Brunswick. East along the Town of Brunswick northern boundary to Deerkill Road; thence south on Deerkill road to intersection with Smith Hill Road. Southwest on Smith Hill Road to the intersection with Sweetmilk Creek Road; thence south on Sweetmilk Creek Road to State Route 7. East on State Route 7 to Brick Church Road. East on Brick Church Road to County Route 133, thence south on County Route 133 to State Route 2. Proceed west on State Route 2 until it meets County Route 137; thence south on County Route 137 to the northern boundary of the Town of Poestenkill. West along the northern boundary of the Town of Poestenkill until it meets the northeast boundary of the Town of North Greenbush. South along eastern boundary of the Town of North Greenbush, continuing in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of the Town of East Greenbush until it meets the southeast corner of the Town of East Greenbush. West along Town of East Greenbush line to the Hudson River point of beginning.
