Proceeding westerly along the town boundary between Whitestown and City of Rome (Outer District), thence continuing westerly along the town boundary between Westmoreland and City of Rome (Outer District), to a point at the intersection of the Town of Verona, City of Rome (Outer District), and Town of Westmoreland. Thence northerly along the town boundary between the City of Rome (Outer District), and the Town of Verona to Rome-New London Road. Proceeding easterly along the Rome-New London Road to the intersection of Route 69 thence southeasterly to Gifford Road thence northeasterly along Gifford Road to the northerly boundary of the City of Rome. Thence northerly along the boundary of the City of Rome to Route 26. Proceed northerly on Route 26 to the intersection of Stokes-Westernville Road. Proceed easterly along Stokes-Westernville Road to the intersection of the town boundary of the Towns of Lee and Western.
