Montgomery County NY USDA Mortgage Eligibility:

The ineligible area of Montgomery County, which includes the City of Amsterdam, begins at a point where State Highway 30 crosses the Fulton/Montgomery County line. Proceeding west along said line to a point where it intersects McKay Rd.(County Route 40), thence south on McKay Road to a point where it intersects Golfcourse Rd.(County Road 18). West on Golfcourse Road to Steadwell Avenue (County Road 19), thence south on Steadwell Avenue to a point where it meets the City of Amsterdam city line. Continuing southerly and easterly along the Amsterdam city line to a point where the city line meets the Mohawk River, thence easterly and southerly along the Mohawk River to a point where Dugwell Creek enters the Mohawk River. Proceed in a northerly direction along Dugwell Creek to a point where it intersects State Rt. 5W, thence east on Rt. 5W to a point where it intersects with Truax Road (County Road 7). North on Truax Road to a point where it changes to Manny's Corners Road (County Road 9), thence north to the Village of Hagaman line. West and then north along the Village of Hagaman line to a point where the village line intersects the Junction of Wallins Corners Road (County Road 15) and Midline Road (County Road 14). Continue northerly along Midline Road to a point where it intersects the Fulton Montgomery County line; thence in a westerly direction to the place of beginning.
