The ineligible lending area of Madison County, New York begins at a point where the New York State Thruway crosses Oneida Creek (Northeast corner of border of Madison and Oneida Counties). Following Oneida Creek south to Route 5, thence westerly along Route 5 and proceed west until Hubbard Place. Proceed north on Hubbard Place to West Elm Street. At intersection of West Elm and Cowaselon Creek, proceed northerly to Canal Road. On Canal Road, proceed northeasterly to a point at the intersection of Canal Road and the New York State Thruway. Thence easterly along the New York State Thruway to the point of beginning.
