The ineligible area of Fulton County that includes the incorporated cities of Johnstown and Gloversville begins at a point in the Town of Johnstown where the City of Johnstown city line intersects County Route 107. North along the City of Johnstown city line to a point where the city line intersects State Route 29; thence east along State Route 29 to Hales Mills Road Extension. Proceed northerly along Hales Mills Road Extension to a point where Hales Mills Road Extension intersects State Road 30A; thence north on State Road 30A to where it intersects the City of Gloversville city line. Continuing along the City of Gloversville city line to a point where the City of Gloversville city line meets the City of Jownstown city line. Continue along the City of Johnstown city line to the point of beginning.
