Albany County NY USDA Mortgage Eligibility:

The ineligible area of Albany County includes all that area beginning at a point where State Highway 9 intersects with the Albany and Saratoga County. Following the Albany/Saratoga County line in a south and easterly direction and continuing along the Hudson River to the most southern point of the City of Albany. Proceed in a northerly direction along the City of Albany border to a point where it intersects with County Route 144. Thence westerly along the road that joins the Delmar By-Pass, thence west along the Delmar By-Pass to a point where it intersects Elm Avenue. South on Elm Avenue (County Route 32) until it intersects with Feura Bush Road (which is also County Rt. 32). Southwest on Feura Bush Road to the Town of New Scotland Town line; thence north and westerly along the Town of New Scotland town line to a point where it intersects with the Albany and Susquehanna Railrod. West along the rail line to a point where it intersects with Font Grove Road, thence north to a point where Font Grove Road intersects with Krum Kill Road. West along Krum Kill Road to a point where it intersects with Normans Kill Road, thence northeasterly along Normans Kill Road to a point where it intersects with Wormer Road. Proceed in a northwesterly direction along Wormer Road to a point where it intersects with Ostrander Road, thence northerly to a point where Ostrander Road intersects County Road 146. Proceed westerly along County Road 146 to a point where it intersects County Road 158, thence north along County Road 158 to a point where it intersects the Schenectady/Saratoga County Line. Follow the Schenectady/Saratoga County line easterly to the point of beginning.
